We are fully equipped with all latest needed tools, procedures as well as skilled and qualified staff.
Our Maintenance & Support Centers now are located at Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Alex and our head office at Cairo. This means we can deliver our Support to our customers very FAST in any place in Egypt additional to our expansion plan almost all the Egyptian cities.
Those service centers are working on shift basis to be online & available 24 x 7. That's why AVIT offers you a very competitive SLA, based on 24 hours response time for Cairo & other remote sites.
AVIT Repair Center is now available and connected to the Service Desk for 2nd & 3rd HW services for all equipment installed at all sites.
Our First & Second Level Staff are certified to insure that all supporting services will match with the highest standards.
